Do you know your dealership loyalty rate?

Most dealers rely on OEM data to gauge their performance within their own market for customer retention. The issue is that the dealer is sitting on all the data needed to determine their actual loyalty rate. The challenge comes in accessing and combining that data. It isn’t easy!

VehicleLyfe combines sales, service, and F&I data from the dealership’s own DMS system to generate a monthly loyalty rate.

We begin with a simple measurement of whether the customer who is buying a car has previously purchased one from that store or used the service department. And we do the vice versa for all service customers.

Then we take a deep dive into how F&I products were purchased and how they were used.

Loyalty can be broken down even further. How was it by vehicle model? More importantly, how was it with the sales rep and service writer?

VehicleLyfe is all about Loyalty. We aim to help dealers pinpoint exactly what to concentrate on to improve their loyalty rates.
